I hired Joe to drive my Rav 4 from Calgary to Halifax. The experience I had was great. I would use Joe and his company again 100% Joe contacted me every night to let me know where he was staying and gave me a gps tracker of where he was. I could see where my vehicle was at any time. On the advice of a friend I hired Joe to drive our moving rental truck from Kitchener to Orillia. Joe was our driver and provided exceptional service. The morning of our move we were running late and when Joe showed up we were nowhere near finished loading the truck. Because we only had the truck for one day Joe offered to bring in some help to load. Within twenty minutes we had two extra helpers and were on our way shortly after. Once we arrived in Orillia Joe helped unload the truck.

After all that I was surprised that Joe did not charge me for the extra labour to load and unload the truck. His only concern was getting the truck back before the office closed so I would not be charged an extra day’s rental.
