Driveaway service simply means your vehicle would be driven under its own power from point A to point B - NO trucks or trains are used in the relocation.
Driveaway service is geared towards expedited, long distance, moves and often used to move a vehicle, such as a car, motorhome, or truck, from one province to another. Due to the expenses involved, short (under 500 KMs) relocation's are normally best served by a tow company or car carrier.

Founded in 2009 Joe's Drive-Away Service is an independently owned and operated vehicle relocation business based in Kitchener, Ontario Canada, specializing in door to door driven delivery of road worthy vehicles anywhere in Canada.
Licensed and insured drivers: Our drivers are thoroughly vetted, hold valid licenses, and have proper insurance for the vehicle they're transporting.
GPS Tracking: Once the driver is in possession of your vehicle, they will send you an Email or text with the GPS tracking link. The GPS tracker we use allows you to see the current location, speed and direction of travel.

Price: Next to shipping by rail driveaway is normally the cheapest mode of transport
Delivery Time: Delivery is normally within days, not weeks. Unlike more conventional transport methods, we don't need to wait until we have a full trailer to move your car or truck.
Scheduling: In most cases we can arrange to pick-up your vehicle within days

Both Shiply and uShip operate on a similar model, acting as intermediaries that connect those in need of shipping services with transport providers. Both allow legal and illegal carriers and they both have a fare share of scammers operating on their sites.
